About Martial LMS

Martial LMS is a Kenyan legal practice management suite, built in Nairobi for advocates, law firms and chambers practising across the country. We are a product of Martial Jenga Labs — an East-African software studio that builds calm, dependable tools for professionals.

Why we exist

Most practice management platforms on the market are imported templates — rebadged for Kenya without truly understanding how Kenyan practice works. Cause-list workflows, the LSK code of conduct, the KRA tax cycle, the Magistrate / High Court / Court of Appeal / ELC / ELRC structure, and the realities of billing in Kenyan Shillings all need first-class treatment, not afterthought localisation.

We started Martial LMS to give Kenyan advocates a tool that fits: cause-list to retainer, hearing to fee-note, in KES, with support that picks up the phone in EAT hours.

What we believe

• Local context first. Kenyan courts, Kenyan tax, Kenyan invoices.
• Privilege is sacred. Encrypted at rest and in transit, role-based access, audit logs.
• Calm software. Tools should reduce noise, not add to it. The dashboard tells you what needs you next — and otherwise stays out of the way.
• Fair pricing. No US-dollar hostage. All plans bill in KES, monthly or annually.
